What is the real minimum?
60 pairs per style, per colour. Not per order — four styles at 60 pairs each is a normal first production run for us.
How much does a development cost?
Prototype rounds are charged at cost of materials plus bench time, typically €400 to €900 per style across both rounds. New heel tooling is separate and quoted on the profile.
Can you work from a sample pair?
From a reference pair, yes, to understand proportion and fit intent. From a pair you want copied, no.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Regularly. Shipments travel with an EUR.1 movement certificate where a preference applies, plus the material declaration and packing list.
